ETAI TARAZI is a distinct product of east meets west. His cultural background and upbringing contributes to his unique beats and music. Born in Israel, Etai moved to Brooklyn at the age of 9. Etai had a love for music and beats from an early age. Growing up he was an avid drum player in which lead him to begin free lancing with his own band at private parties. His passion for music took on a whole new level when he attended the credible Sound Factory club in New York. Solely attending various events at the Sound Factory opened his ears and heart to all genres of music. This was the onset of exploring various kinds of music by attending underground raves and promoting in the NYC club. His music began to focus on the styles Techno, Tech house, and Deep House. It was then that Etai decided to trade in his drum sticks for his first pair of CDJ's and Rane Mixer. The act of making music seemed all too natural to him. Beats flowed heavenly where his passion and talent were undeniable. He started to be recognized by some of the industries elite DJ's such as Nicole Moudaber, Adam Beyer, Len Faki, Paul Ritch, Rebekah, Hot Since 82, Tony Rohr, Drumcell, Gregor Tresher, Sian & many more. While still new in the game, Etai started to build an army of devoted followers and fans. Not so long after, he had the distinct honor of spinning with other renown DJ’s at prestigious venues around the nation where techno was dominating like Output in Brooklyn, Treehouse in Miami and Blur in Arizona. Etai successfully made a name for himself that is recognizable in the Techno world with his groovy baselines, throbbing kicks, percussions, killer drops and mesmerizing melodic elements that tease the speakers. His production has already gained exposure in the underground techno realm from A-list artists around the world.
